Control Enclosures

Modern control enclosures are designed to incorporate connected elements of a control system that allow for higher levels of automation, while protecting against the environments of heat, moisture, chemical exposures. These connected elements include PLCs, variable-frequency drives (VFDs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and Industrial PCs with plant-wide and system-wide SCADA systems for faster, more accurate updates of process control. Connections include Ethernet, fiber optic and radio communications depending on system design and demand of data. Our enclosures are built to industry standards including UL508A and NFPA 70E to assure that we meet our customer’s requirements while adhering to safety standards recognized throughout our served markets.

From remote telemetry units (RTU’s) to pump station controls to large plant-wide control panels, General Control Systems has built all types of control enclosures that have delighted clients for over 25 years.
