GCS is dedicated to providing services support to our municipal and industrial customers. We provide training as a normal part of finishing up a project to assure the transition of running the new systems to the operators is done smoothly while building confidence that the operators understand how best to do so. With an on-call Services Manager as our focal point to dispatch personnel, we maintain a 24-hour call service for dispatch for emergency services, and provide scheduled site services either on a time & material basis or under preventative service contract. GCS maintains a blend of dedicated services personnel and expert engineering and technician staff available to respond to client needs on a timely basis.
