Acquisition adds to General Control Systems’ growing expertise in the Water & Wastewater industry.

Albany, NY – June 22, 2026 – General Control Systems, Inc. (GCS) announces its latest acquisition to date with the addition of LCS Controls, Inc., a leading New England based industrial automation / controls engineering system integrator.

LCS Controls will operate under the name “LCS Controls, a GCS Company”. Tom Allen will continue to lead the company in the near future; Adam Gowaski will lead the Business Development team.
